KEK Property Management is a member network of KEK Technology Inc., a United States of America company based in the State of Maryland. The company is headed by Mr.  Olatokunboh Kuti a Systems Engineer with financial and real estate background.

 

Not long after Tokunboh’s graduation from College early 80s, his wife Sade Edwards-Kuti suggested that they make use of his financial skills and venture into the Property business by acquiring some real assets. Within ten years of startup not only have they increased their stocks in the housing market, family and friends have also entrusted them in the managing of their properties given their vision, respect for fellow  humanbeings and the meticulous way they handle their clients' contracts.

 

More than 25 years, and over 200 tenants later, the goal of the founders along with their newly registered company: KEK Property Management has remained consistent: to raise the level of customer service while keeping the cost of these services affordable.

 

Among our Executives is Mr. Lanre Adegbite (the engineer) a seasoned veteran and expert in the areas of Project Management, Building Construction, Property Maintenance, Water Distribution and Sewage Construction.
